remain your intellectual property.

Pen and Tarot offers subscription-based premium features:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime through your device settings
• Refunds are handled according to App Store/Play Store policies
• Premium features are only available during active subscription

5. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

6. Disclaimer

Pen and Tarot is provided for creative inspiration purposes only. Tarot readings are meant as writing prompts and should not be used for professional advice, medical decisions, or life-altering choices.

7. Limitations

In no event shall Pen and Tarot or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the app.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via the app or email.
